Muskmelon milkshake is an easy simple recipe to make. Adding it to your regular diet is so healthy for your body and as a result helpful in losing weight.

Recipe for Muskmelon Milkshake:


  • 1 bowl Muskmelon pulp

  • 1 cup Low-fat milk / Almond milk / Soy milk / Oats milk

  • 2 Dates (seedless)

  • 1 teaspoon Chia seeds

Musk melon is a high fiber fruit with a large amount of vitamin A and C and milk is an excellent source of calcium and protein. This recipe, therefore, becomes one of our favorite breakfast treats too for hot summer days.

How to make Muskmelon Milkshake?

  1. Add the muskmelon pulp into a blender.

  2. Add in the frozen milk and 2 seedless dates

  3. No need to add any sweetener. If you still wish to add, then add Maple syrup/Stevia/Honey/Jaggery (little)

  4. Blend till smooth and creamy

  5. Toppings with Almonds & Chia seeds

  6. Serve chilled milkshake and enjoy

Note: Since Muskmelon is sweet, so I have not added any sweetener. If you still wish to add, then add Maple Syrup / Honey / Stevia / Jaggery.
