1 cup Low-fat milk / Almond milk / Soy milk / Oats milk
2 Dates (seedless)

Add in the frozen milk and 2 seedless dates
No need to add any sweetener. If you still wish to add, then add Maple syrup/Stevia/Honey/Jaggery (little)
