This delicious Sweet Corn chaat is very simple and easy to make. It is made with sweet corn, chaat masala, onions, tomatoes, and few other pantry staples. No fancy ingredients are used, it is made in just 5 minutes if you have boiled corn ready.

Recipe for Sweet Corn Chaat:
Recipe Servings: 2

100 grams boiled yellow corn = 96 Calories approx.
Recipe <150 calories approx per serving.
Ingredients:
200g fresh corn kernels
1 chopped tomato
1 chopped cucumber
1 chopped onion
Little grated mango
10 gm coriander leaves
1 lemon juice
Chaat masala to taste
Salt to taste
½ teaspoon chili powder (optional)
Little black pepper powder
5g paneer
How to make Sweet Corn Chaat?
Pick the corn kernels either with a knife or with your finger
Rinse them
Add fresh water in a vessel and boil until tender
Drain them
Cool them
Add chopped onions, cucumber, tomatoes, coriander leaves, and lemon juice
And then add chaat masala, salt to taste, chili powder (optional), and black pepper powder
Mix everything well
Transfer to a serving bowl and garnished the chaat with grated paneer.
Sweet Corn Chaat is ready to serve.
Note: Choose fresh & tender corn otherwise they don’t taste good.
