Summer Diet Plan for Weight Loss (Full Day Diet Plan):

Start your day with a detox drink on empty stomach. Drink Sabja Seeds Detox Water or Chia Seeds detox water.

Detox water will detoxify your body and will help to naturally reduce inflammation, boost energy, support digestion, and promote healthy skin.

Detox Drink Recipes:

After 30 minutes, you can drink Green Tea / Milky Tea with less sugar / no sugar.

Weight Loss Tea Recipes:

Morning Breakfast: Have 2 medium size Moong Stuff Chilla or Oats Paratha with green chutney/ tomato chutney.

Breakfast for Weight Loss:

Mid-Morning – After 2 hours after breakfast, have 1 - Orange / Sweet Lime / Kiwi / Berries or 1 glass thin buttermilk. Add 1 teaspoon protein powder in buttermilk.

Lunch (Between 1-2 pm): Have 2 medium size Moong Stuff Chilla / Oats Paratha / Oats Roti / Besan Roti with Palak Paneer or Dal Palak Recipe. Also include Salad / Raita in your lunch.

Lunch Recipes for Weight Loss:

Evening Tea (optional) - Green Tea / Milky Tea with Less Sugar / No Sugar. If you feel hungry then have 5 Almonds + 1 Walnut or 2 tsp - Flax seeds / Pumpkin Seeds / Sunflower Seeds.

Dinner (Between 7-7:30 pm): – Have 1 bowl dry roasted Poha Chivda or Chivda Bhel or 1 bowl - Watermelon or 1 glass Muskmelon Smoothie.

Dinner for Weight Loss:

Before bed, add 1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar in a glass of warm water and drink.

Any time if you feel hungry, then have a tomato or cucumber.

Avoid Sugar, Beverages, Juices, and Fruits like Mango, Banana, Chickoo, and Junk Foods.

For the best result along with this diet, do regular physical exercise, minimum 45 min - 1 hour like Gym/Cycling/Swimming/Yoga.

No one plan will suit everyone. Ultimately, each person should work out their own meal plan with help from a doctor or dietician.
