Peanuts Butter Ingredients:
Roasted Peanut – 250 g
Himalayan Pink Salt – ½ tsp
How to make peanut butter?
Dry roast peanuts
After roasting, transfer the peanuts into a food processor
Add ½ teaspoon Himalayan Pink salt
Turn on for about 2-3 sec and watch as the peanuts turns in to crumbs
Again turn on for about 30 sec, peanuts crumbs turns into a thick paste
Final 30 sec, the thick paste turns into smooth shiny peanut butter
Transfer the peanut butter into a storage container, cover, and refrigerate. The peanut butter can be used immediately.
