Peanuts Butter Ingredients:

Roasted Peanut – 250 g

Himalayan Pink Salt – ½ tsp


How to make peanut butter?

  1. Dry roast peanuts

  2. After roasting, transfer the peanuts into a food processor

  3. Add ½ teaspoon Himalayan Pink salt

  4. Turn on for about 2-3 sec and watch as the peanuts turns in to crumbs

  5. Again turn on for about 30 sec, peanuts crumbs turns into a thick paste

  6. Final 30 sec, the thick paste turns into smooth shiny peanut butter

Transfer the peanut butter into a storage container, cover, and refrigerate. The peanut butter can be used immediately.
