Tips to make a healthy oats smoothie:
Organic rolled oats or old fashioned oats are the best to use in a smoothie recipe
To reduce Phytic acid further it is good to soak rolled oats in water for 5-10 min.
Avoid using too many finds of fruits in a smoothie as it may upset the stomach and leave you bloated
Do not consume oats smoothie along with breakfast or other foods. They are good to consume alone.
Oats Smoothie Recipe Ingredients:
Oats – 30g
Kishmish (Raisins) – 10 nos
Cinnamon Powder (optional) – little
Peanut Butter – 1 tsp
Banana / Apple – 1 no
Almonds – 3 nos
How to make Oats Smoothie for weight loss?
Add oats & kishmish in a bowl
Pour water and allow to soak for 5-10 minutes
Add it to the blender along with the other ingredients
Here I have added cinnamon powder, peanut butter, and 1 medium-size ripe banana. Try using ripe & sweet fruits and avoid sweeteners.
Blend until smooth and transfer to a serving glass
Garnished it with almonds.
