Oats Roti is an easy simple recipe to make. Adding it to your regular diet is so healthy for your body and as a result helpful in losing weight.
The Oats roti is made from 100% oats flour, No Wheat Flour! No Maida! mixed.
Recipe for Oats Roti:
1 cup Oats (55g)
1½ cups Water
Salt to taste
Few drops of oil
How to make Oats Roti?
Take 1 cup oats in a grinder and grind to a fine powder. If you already have oats flour, then take 1 cup oats flour for this recipe.
Transfer Oats flour to a large bowl, add 1 cup water, and start mixing it
Mix it well, do not keep any lumps
Cover the batter and keep it to rest aside for 5 minutes
After 5 minutes check the batter, it should be turned into a thick batter
Add salt to taste and some more water in the batter
Mix it well, check the batter pouring consistency
On a hot Tawa/pan, add few drops of oil for greasing
Pour 2 tablespoon batter on a Tawa/pan and spread it in a circular motion
Cook on a medium flame
Add few drops of oil to the end of the roti (optional)
Gently lift the roti and flip the side. Cook on the other side
