I think that green smoothies are the best when they’re served fresh, straight from the blender. So I meal prep smoothies by having all the ingredients on hand and ready to go.
Recipe for Green Smoothie:
20 fresh spinach leaves
1 cup cucumber slice
1 cup grapes or pineapple chunks or strawberries
1 cup apple
1 teaspoon flaxseeds
Himalayan Pink Salt to taste
½ teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
Few Ice cubes
1 teaspoon chia seeds
Add spinach, cucumber, grapes, and apple in a high-speed blender.
Then add Flax seeds and Himalayan pink salt to taste
Blend together until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a mason jar (or cute cup of your choice).
Garnish it with Chia seeds
